What do we do ?
Dinners, Lunches, Morning Teas, Film mornings (and evenings), Exhibitions, Displays, Dolls Shows, Fashion Parades, Guest Speaking, Boat and Bus Trips, Musical Entertainment, etc.
From the money raised at these functions, the Society makes an annual donation to a South Australian Children’s Charity.
The Queen Adelaide Society Inc. members work on a voluntary basis in honour of the English Queen after whom our city was named. It has supported a children's charity each year since the Society was formed in 1981.
Members are notified of functions through the newsletter/s.
A highlight of the annual calendar is the Queen Adelaide Birthday Celebration on the 13th August.
